What are my FTP account details?




The hostname for your domain will be ftp.youdomain.com.
The default login details will be the same as your CPanel's login detail.

Please note that if your domain name has yet to be propagated to our server, you will not be able to access it via ftp.yourdomain.com.
You will have to access it via IP. You will be able to find the information in your Welcome Mail.
